Ifëvî-mère Fêqê (/iˈfëvɪ/ /ˈmère/ [reasonable] [law]) is a temperate Town located in the Z̄upaguv Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Ifëvî-mère Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Ifëvî-mère Fêqê was founded by Gaangleas Tregfêbêm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Overview

Ifëvî-mère Fêqê was founded durring the late 15th century in fall of the year 1387, by Gaangleas Tregfêbêm. The establishment of Ifëvî-mère Fêqê suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Ifëvî-mère Fêqê which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Ifëvî-mère Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ifëvî-mère Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Ifëvî-mère Fêqê is buildings have been located at convienant points along the mountain Ifëvî-mère Fêqê was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the narrow packed earth streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town's political statment focused walls have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

A look around Ifëvî-mère Fêqê is like looking into a university’s plaza on the day before an exam. People rush about to-and-fro. Discarded scrolls and quills are dotted around town. In spite of many locals discussing academic topics, there’s little sign of any organized groups for any of that talk. Infact, the town seems disordered in general with everything scattered helter skelter about.
